After a really fun and relaxing birthday yesterday, I’m back at it again.  I’m going to be fairly busy here in the Albuquerque area over the next six days.  Tomorrow night, Saturday, May 11th, I’ll be back at one of my favorite acoustic listening venues, Solid Grounds Coffeehouse.  It’s located in the basement of the Stephen’s Methodist Church at 4601 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE, just north of Montgomery on the west side by Flying Star.  Doors open at 6:30 PM and I get started at 7 PM. In recognition of the release of my fifth novel, The Lights of Cimarron, published by Five Star, I’ll be doing songs from all my books, INCLUDING The Lights of Cimarron.  The Big Empty doesn’t have its own song yet but I’m actually working on that.  And I will have copies of the new book available OR if you’ve already purchased the Kindle version, I’ll be happy to sign your Kindle device.

On Wednesday, May 15th, I’ll be doing a reading/singing/signing event at Bookworks, 4022 Rio Grande Blvd NW, Albuquerque, beginning at 6 PM. Like Solid Grounds, Bookworks is located next to a Flying Star. I’m wondering if this is some sort of sinister (or perhaps NON-sinister) conspiracy. HMMM??  Anyway, I hope to see a bunch of folks there.  Some of my long-time fans/friends have promised to come heckle me.  For some reason, that’s the kind of people I attract.  And that last comment is rhetorical…there’s NO need for any of you to explain to me all the reasons that I attract those folks!

If you would like to purchase The Lights of Cimarron, it’s prominently featured on the home page of my website, so artfully designed by Corey Kretsinger of Mid-State Designs.  Click on the image of the book and it will take you directly to a link that has a “buy the book” button.  This takes you to Amazon and there you are.
